Xoliswa Moraka, affectionately referred to as “The Purposeful Entrepreneur,” is an accomplished Entrepreneurship Development Strategist, Facilitator, Venture Builder, and Author. She founded Colab4Growth, a firm dedicated to supporting African Entrepreneurs in creating and nurturing their businesses into valuable growth assets. Additionally, she penned The Entrepreneurial Guide to the Promised Land, a guidebook for entrepreneurs aimed at inspiring and equipping them to lead purposeful lives and build businesses that matter. With over 14 years of experience in the SMME development sector, Xoliswa is a dedicated entrepreneur and practitioner focused on leveraging entrepreneurship and small business development to foster transformative change and sustainable economic growth across Africa.

She has directed the design and implementation of numerous SMME development programs for leading South African organizations such as Telkom, 54 Collective Entrepreneurship Academy, Impact Hub, BCX, SAB Foundation, and others.
Through her company, Colab4Growth, she has assisted hundreds of business owners, facilitating over R60 million in direct funding, enabling small businesses to increase their revenue by 45% to 100%, and creating more than 200 jobs in the past six years.
She is a highly sought-after Venture Builder, Business Coach, Facilitator, and Strategist, specializing in Strategy and Business Modeling.
