Talia Grusin is a seasoned marketing professional with an 18-year career spanning various facets of the industry. Her journey began in media and publishing, where she developed her skills in understanding consumer behaviour and market trends.
Over the years, Talia’s career trajectory led her to the FMCG sector. She started her journey in a niche FMCG company which focused on confectionary and spent the next 14 years at Nestlé. During her time at Nestlé, Talia seamlessly transitioned through different roles, from brand management to trade marketing, and finally into consumer insights.
It was during her time in consumer insights that Talia discovered her true passion. She spent 7 years working within consumer and marketplace insights with a focus on unravelling the intricacies of consumer behaviour and transforming data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and product innovations. Her keen analytical mind and strategic acumen have led her to independently consult to brands seeking to deeply understand their consumers and to bridge the gap between brands and their target audiences.
