As the Director of Programmes at the Trust, Shiphra Chisha oversees networks that the organisation works with in 18 countries on the African continent. Additionally, she is the President and Co-Founder of the African Women in Business (“AWIB”), a Pan-African organisation representing the interests of all women entrepreneurs across industries, with chapters across SADC.

She is a development expert with over 20 years of experience in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development through collaboration with stakeholders in the private sector, public sector and civil society. She is an Advisory Board Member of African Women in Power and Energy and Pan-African Tech Foundation. A member of the South African BRICS Future Skills, Manufacturing and Mining Working Groups.
