Rose is the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of WDB Investment Holdings. She is responsible for the overall strategic development and direction of the group. This includes managing the overall operations and resources of the group, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and group operations. In her role as the CFO, she is responsible for financial and risk management of the group. A custodian of the entire accounting, reporting, taxation, and risk management functions and compliance for the group, including overall oversight of other support functions. A strategic financial partner to the business, guiding on matters of policy, governance, sound financial principles and corporate strategy. Rose is a qualified CA (SA) and serves on boards across various industries.
