Precious is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with extensive experience in development impact, advisory services, finance, and operations. In her current role at Visa, she spearheads initiatives to drive impact and financial inclusion with local, regional and global partners across the CEMEA region, to support Small  and Medium Businesses, Individuals and Households.

Precious’s career journey includes roles at Mosiamise Rural Development, British International Investment, ARC Chartered Accountants, where she contributed to community development, strategic planning, rural corporatization, financial inclusion and corporate governance. She is passionate about uplifting marginalized communities and fostering sustainable growth through financial empowerment and cross-sector collaboration.

Precious holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, where her research focused on impact investing value chain in South Africa, and  also holds an M.Com in South African and International Taxation from North-West University. Additionally, she completed specialized courses in impact measurement for the SDGs and the future of mobility in energy, adding a global perspective to her expertise in finance and social impact.
