Nosipho Armstrong, is the co-founder and Managing Director of Armstronic Pty Ltd, a 100% Black female owned business, that operates in the sectors of Building, Engineering and Mining services.

Armstronic Pty Ltd has been operating in South Africa, and parts of West Africa, for the past 10 years. As a CIDB grade 8GB/CE organization, Armstronic has established itself as a female force that is gaining traction not only for effective delivery, but quality delivery standards.
With a career spanning over 15 years in corporate and business sector. Nosipho’s expertise extends far beyond traditional construction practices. With her Bachelor’s degree in HR, an internationally accredited MBIT master coach qualification, and NLP practitioner expertise, Nosipho possesses a unique blend of skills that can drive transformative change in a largely male – dominated sector, that yearns for balance when it comes to aspects of equity representation, skills development and female participation.
Currently, Nosipho works alongside various community development projects that focus on the development of artisan skills in the rural townships of South Africa. Nosipho is widely recognized as an influential speaker in the field of Construction Development initiatives, captivating audiences with her insights and thought-provoking presentations. Having secured construction projects in West Africa, Nosipho aims to ensure access is granted to high driven female workers in the field of Engineering services and Road works, which has been the core focus of these projects.

Leveraging her leadership skills and strategic vision, she has spearheaded growth and profitability within the industry, and seeks to further excel with strategic partnerships and formidable relationships.
