With a wealth of experience in sectors such as operations, ICT, SAP services, and hospitality, Indherani has held senior leadership roles including Operations Director at Kelly Group, where she was instrumental in improving business processes and profitability for the JSE-listed company. She has also held executive positions at Sun International and Southern Sun, overseeing operations, finance, IT, HR, and sales and marketing. Known for her ability to manage P&L and optimize performance, Indherani excels in driving sustainable business growth and transforming organizational strategies into measurable outcomes.

Alongside her corporate achievements, Indherani is deeply committed to empowering women and supporting youth development.
