Dr Mothomang Diaho
Mothomang and is the Medical Director of Spiral Aloe Health & Wellness a company founded in 2011, an organisation dedicated to holistic wellness at all levels.
She qualified with an MB;BS from the University of Adelaide, Australia in 1985 and has 39+ years of experience in Preventative Medicine. She studied further and completed a DPH, a DTM&H and a MBA from Wits University and pursued and completed a PMD from Harvard Busines School. She is an active Gestalt Practitioner, a training received from the Gestalt institute in Cleveland, a programme that focusses on International Organisational & Systems Development.
Mothomang is an entrepreneur and involved in social justice concerns. She is a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative (ALI) which is part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), which embodies a multifaceted commitment to building a better society. As part of this work, she Co-founded TEACH South Africa 15 years ago, an organisation that recruits graduates to teach STEM subjects in under resourced schools across all provinces of South Africa. She has applied all of her learnings from her entrepreneurial journey, medicine and Business and integrated it into her current work in Leadership training and facilitation, Lifestyle Medical Consultations, Coaching and Workplace Wellness. She is current Faculty at Stellenbosch Business School and a Lifestyle medical Consultant and Coach on the Future Professors Programme based at the University of Stellenbosch.
She says this work reminds her every day of my privilege as a daughter to a 91 year old mother, a mother to adult children, an aunt, a sister, a cousin and a friend to many.
