Ayanda Phumo is a Certified Professional Project Manager with 7+ years in construction, leading successful projects. Over the years, Ayanda Phumo has proven her ability to deliver projects to specification, on time and on budget, displaying her skills in planning, scheduling, quality management and team leadership. She has acquired high levels of competency for leading projects within the civil and electrical construction industry to the combined value of +R100 million and she expresses good knowledge of Contracts Law.

With experience in the Built Environment, Ayanda Phumo turned her passion into a business and founded Ayanda Phumo Consulting (APC). At APC, our Strategic Objectives are spread over five critical areas of our business operations, where Property Development and Quality Management are the center and anchor of our business plans. APC is committed to transforming the affordable housing market and to do so, we are focusing on Green Energy and Technology. Our goal is to distinguish our properties and quantify our sustainable brand by labeling our properties as green. As such, we are working on attaining EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency) registration through GBCSA, SESSA (Sustainable Energy Society of Southern Africa) registration and ISO9001 (International Organization for Standardization) accreditation. Through strategic partnerships, we have acquired our latest green energy project and that is to install solar panels for one of South Africa’s renowned Universities.

We are registered with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) and the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board), and we specialize in the development of free-standing residential houses, apartments, and student accommodation. Our goal is equity, empowering us to acquire land and expand our footprint in development. We will make our mark by reducing the carbon footprint and developing resource efficient green
